Meet Jennifer Digan

Thanks to a nudge from her uncle, Jennifer bought her first home in 2004 and quickly discovered a passion for real estate. Jennifer has since purchased and renovated 18 homes, including both primary residences and income properties throughout Platt Park, Rosedale, Virginia Village, and Englewood.  This hands-on experience has given her an eye for investment potential, redevelopment opportunities, and an intimate understanding of these Denver neighborhoods.  

Prior to real estate, Jennifer built an 18-year career in technology sales, where she was known for her relationship focused approach and commitment to client success.  She honed her skill in understanding client needs, building trust, and delivering strategic solutions in fast-paced, competitive markets. Transitioning into real estate was a natural evolution where she now applies those same principles of integrity and expertise to helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant investments.

Jennifer combines practical expertise with a focused approach on neighborhood potential.  Her clients value her ability to see both the vision and the numbers and to turn properties into smart, lasting investments.

A Colorado native, Jennifer grew up in Greenwood Village and now lives in Platt Park with her husband, Mark, and their two young children.  She's traveled to 35 countries across 6 continents, but her favorite escape is still close to home, mountain biking in the Colorado mountains.  She's a devoted Water World fan (and still campaigning to bring back the Tsunami wave at Thunder Bay).  You'll often find her playing on her Wash Park tennis team or enjoying date night on Pearl Street.
