Chris Davis

Chris has nearly 20 years of real estate experience in the Denver area. His abilities to market, analyze and creatively problem solve have catapulted him to be recognized as a top producer with the Luxury Home Marketing Institute, 5280 Magazine and JD Power and Associates.
 
Chris believes a transaction should be smooth and seamless, and in an industry saturated with inexperience, he offers his clients peace of mind knowing they are working with the best of the best in the Denver market. While he is proactive with superior market knowledge, excellent transaction skills, and marketing strategies; it is his character that engages his clients the most. His reputation proceeds him as a broker who consistently gets clients to closing through his expertise, work ethic and heart. Chris approaches each transaction with the care and priority that creates friends from clients.
 
Chris' heart is in Colorado, where he operates his business and invests in his community. He grew up in Denver and graduated with honors from the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Psychology. Over the years, Chris has enjoyed serving the community through Cherry Creek High School Basketball, West Middle School PTCO, Young Life, FCA, Leadership Program of the Rockies, Children’s Miracle Network, OFLC and the Every Heart Foundation. When not pursuing excellence in real estate, Chris enjoys volunteering for special events at his son’s high school, exploring Denver’s restaurant scene, and spending time with his family.
